Parish Feast in San Francisco

On December 14, the Parish of the Immaculate Conception of the Most Holy Mother of God in San Francisco celebrated its solemn parish feast, which became a profound spiritual event for the entire parish community and visiting guests.

On this day, numerous faithful gathered in prayer to glorify the Most Holy Mother of God and to honor the mystery of Her Immaculate Conception—a sign of God’s love, purity, and hope for all humanity. The festive services were celebrated in an atmosphere of joy, unity, and gratitude to God for the gift of faith and community.

The solemn Divine Liturgy was presided over and the homily delivered by Fr. Vasyl Miziuk, concelebrated by Fr. Roman Bobesiuk, Fr. Christopher Hadley, SJ, Fr. Oleh Zatvarskyi, and the parish administrator Fr. Oleh Kepeshchuk.

The parish feast became an occasion not only for celebration, but also for strengthening parish unity, nurturing Christian and cultural traditions, and offering a living witness of faith of the Ukrainian community in San Francisco.
