"SvjatoslavІ believe that this eparchy is going to become one of the most dynamic out of all our eparchies around the world. And here, in the West of America, it will be able to melt the hearts of even those who, perhaps, have lost the connection with their Church, and could help a lot of people with different nationalities to newly reveal the presence of God among us. We have so much to tell the world". His Beatitude Sviatoslav, the Father and Head of the UGCC.

The first meeting dedicated to establishing a Ukrainian Catholic Church in Casper, WY took place this week

With the blessing of Bishop Benedict (Aleksiychuk), Eparch of the St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy in Chicago, the first meeting dedicated to establishing a Ukrainian Catholic Church in Casper, WY took place this week.
The gathering began with a prayer and blessing by Fr. Roman Bobesiuk, administrator of St. Luke's UGCC in Cody, WY. While questions and concerns were raised and discussed, we need to always remember that the most important reassurance to fears and doubts is to know that our Lord Jesus Christ is with us. As the Apostle Paul said, "If God is for us, who can be against us?".
Following this meeting, we are thrilled to announce that our first Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on the Great Feast of Pentecost on May 18th at 2:00 PM. All are welcome and invited. Our Services are bilingual (English and Ukrainian) and will be celebrated once a month.
