Pilgrimage of the Chicago Deanery to Holy Hill

Every year this pilgrimage reminds us how important it is to be together — to pause amid daily worries, stay silent for a moment, and thank God for the gift of life, faith, and community.

This year, hundreds of pilgrims traveled to the holy place of Holy Hill to unite in prayer, silence, and reflection around what truly matters. People of all ages lifted their prayers for Ukraine, for peace, for their families, and for a stronger faith in their hearts.

The pilgrimage became a time of spiritual renewal, brotherly encounter, and gratitude. In shared prayer, in the quiet of nature, and in mutual support, everyone could feel God’s presence and the power of unity.
